The 2nd Building & Building Materials Expo Osaka 2026 will be held July 2‑3, 2026 at Intex Osaka. Organized by the Japan Architectural Materials Association, Nikkei and TV Osaka, it targets architects, general contractors, housing manufacturers and related professionals. The exhibition showcases around 110 companies in 200 booths, covering a wide range of categories: interior and exterior building components, flooring, roofing, openings, auxiliary and structural materials, landscaping and exterior finishes, software, design‑ and construction‑related services, equipment, energy‑saving, generation and storage solutions, smart‑home IoT devices, seismic‑countermeasure products, and consulting/publications. Additional focus areas include sustainable office concepts, building DX, timber construction, disaster‑mitigation materials, antimicrobial/antiviral high‑performance products, comfortable living environments, and condominium management/renovation services. The expo runs concurrently with Franchise Show Osaka, Retail Tech Osaka, Japan Shop Osaka and Security Show Osaka, enhancing cross‑industry networking opportunities.
