IOA World Congress and Exhibition 2027
The IOA World Congress and Exhibition is the International Ozone Association's worldwide congress, held every two years in a different city and bringing together researchers, engineers, water utilities and equipment suppliers working with ozone and advanced oxidation processes. The 28th edition of the series is scheduled for 28 June - 2 July 2027 in Paris, France, following the association's long series of world congresses.
The congress programme covers fundamental, engineering and applied aspects of oxidation techniques involving ozone and related oxidants: reaction mechanisms and kinetics, by-products, disinfection, advanced oxidation, modelling and system design, analytical methods, water and wastewater treatment and reuse, air, soil and waste treatment, agri-food applications and industrial full-scale implementations. Scientific sessions are combined with an exhibition where suppliers can book a booth and sponsoring options, technical tours and a social programme.
Key dates published by the organiser: abstract submission deadline 1 February 2027, notification of acceptance 15 February 2027, early programme and registration from 1 March 2027, and deadline for full papers or presentations 3 May 2027, ahead of the congress opening on 28 June 2027. The venue in Paris has not yet been announced.
