Asian Construction Expo 2027
The Asian Construction Expo is presented by The CMS Group, a New Zealand construction industry intermediary with more than 35 years of experience supporting the building sector. The next edition takes place on Saturday 8 May 2027 from 10:30am to 3:30pm at Eventfinda Stadium, Argus Place, Wairau Valley, Auckland, with free car parking available on site.
Over 60 leading brands exhibit across trade zones covering Design & Build, Exteriors & Structure, Interiors, Professional Resources and Technology & Tools, alongside electrical, plumbing, building products and building services zones. English-Mandarin interpreter services are available, industry updates run through the afternoon, and there is a supervised kids' zone plus show-only specials, giveaways and prizes. Architects, designers, developers, builders, electricians, plumbers, project managers, specifiers and homeowners are all welcome, and attendance can be scanned for NZIA professional development points and Licensed Building Practitioner on-the-job learning.
