Anuga Select South Africa is Africa's key food and beverage sourcing trade show, connecting global trends with local ambition. It is organised by dmg events in partnership with Koelnmesse, drawing on the international reach and credibility of the Anuga portfolio - whose flagship event in Cologne attracts thousands of exhibitors and buyers from more than 190 countries - combined with deep regional market expertise and a strong African footprint.
The event replaced the former Africa Food Show, whose final edition under that name took place in June 2026. The first edition under the new Anuga Select South Africa brand is scheduled for 22-24 June 2027 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

Exhibitor products span the full food and beverage value chain, including fine foods, dairy, meat and poultry, oils and vinegars, bakery, pasta, rice and dry grocery, snacks and confectionery, coffee, tea and alcohol-free drinks, as well as food technology and packaging, retail technology, and foodservice and hospitality equipment.
