EndNote: Getting started in the management of bibliographic references 2026
EndNote: Getting started in the management of bibliographic references is a 90-minute practical workshop run by the University of Geneva Library as part of the 'Rendez-vous de l'info scientifique' training programme. The goal is to help you organize and cite your bibliographic references with EndNote. The programme covers importing references from various bibliographic databases, attaching full-text documents (PDF) to your references, organizing your EndNote library, and creating in-text citations and a bibliography with EndNote and its Word plugin. If you are unsure between EndNote and Zotero, the library also publishes a comparison to help you choose the tool that suits your needs. Public: students, PhD candidates, post-docs, teaching staff and administrative staff. Prerequisite: EndNote must be installed on your own laptop; in some locations computers are available in the training room. Format: 90-minute practical workshop, registration required, free of charge. Next session: Monday 7 December 2026, 10:15-11:45, Schmidheiny library (BELS) training room, Sciences II building, University of Geneva. Registration: https://vie-de-campus.unige.ch/catalogue/P4520 (registration deadline 6 December 2026).
