China International Soybean Food Processing Technology and Equipment Exhibition 2027
The 2027 edition of SPEE, the China International Soybean Food Processing Technology and Equipment Exhibition, takes place 9-11 April 2027 at the Nanjing International Expo Center in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China.
Organised by the Soybean Products Committee of the China National Food Industry Association, the show is the annual meeting point for the soybean products and plant-protein food chain. Exhibit profiles cover soybean food processing technology and equipment, raw and auxiliary ingredients, tofu and soybean products, bean sprouts, and plant-based meat, together with related packaging, testing and service suppliers.
Exhibition space is expected to exceed 20,000 sqm, and the organiser expects more than 25,000 professional visits. A redesigned floor plan groups technology and equipment, ingredients, soybean products, sprouts and plant-based protein zones, and the programme includes new-technology launches and industry forums alongside the exhibition.
The show rotates among China's soybean-processing clusters: the 2025 edition was held in Hefei and the 2026 edition in Jinan, and the 2027 edition moves to Nanjing, one of China's major food-industry and logistics hubs. Visitor pre-registration is offered through the organiser's website and the official exhibition mini-programme. The exhibition is a national-level professional trade fair and also serves as a platform for industry dialogue on China's policy of increasing soybean and plant-protein consumption.
