About CAFEX
CAFEX is the annual international trade exhibition for the coffee, tea, cacao and HoReCa (hospitality and foodservice) industries, held at the Timiryazev Centre in Moscow, Russia. In 2027 the long-running Coffee Tea Cacao Expo merges with HORECA Expo under the unified CAFEX brand for the first time.
The 14th edition takes place 14-16 April 2027 at the Timiryazev Centre (Vavilov and Chayanov halls), 6, Building 1, Verkhnyaya Alleya, Moscow. Opening hours are 10:00-18:00 on 14-15 April and 10:00-17:00 on 16 April.
CAFEX brings together more than 250 exhibitors and 20,000 professional visitors across 200+ events, including conferences, masterclasses, tastings and championships for baristas, roasters, tea masters, bartenders and chocolatiers. It covers the full coffee, tea and cacao value chain - from green coffee, tea leaf and cocoa bean to roasting, equipment, packaging and finished products - alongside HoReCa solutions for cafes, coffee shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants.
Organised by International Tea House LLC, CAFEX is a trade-only event for professionals aged 18 and over.
