Food Tech Expo 2026
Food Tech Expo 2026, the 8th edition of the International Food Technology Fair, will be held in Warsaw (Hall E) from 17‑19 November 2026. The event gathers 116 exhibitors across 16 500 m², attracting around 5 840 visitors. Main exhibit categories include specialized machines and production lines for dairy, meat, fish, egg‑poultry, fruit‑vegetable, bakery‑confectionery, pasta‑milling, oil‑fat, beverage and alcoholic sectors; equipment for small‑scale gastronomy; packaging and packing lines; auxiliary devices such as dosing, cleaning, heating/cooling, climate control, measurement and power generators; spare parts and components. A large segment covers food‑grade components and additives – colourants, preservatives, antioxidants, sweeteners, flavour enhancers, texture modifiers and nutritional supplements. Additional showcases feature specialized transport vehicles, BHP/HACCP training and consultancy services, and financial solutions like leasing and banking advice. The concurrent Food Tech and Processing Congress offers industry‑leading talks and networking. Target audiences are food‑production managers, beverage manufacturers, catering and restaurant owners, chefs, hotel and institutional food service managers, and equipment distributors.
