inter airport Southeast Asia is Asia's dedicated airside operations exhibition and conference. It brings together airport operators, airlines, ground handlers and solution providers to explore the technologies, innovations and partnerships that power every movement on the airside — safely, efficiently and sustainably.

This is the 9th edition, organised by RX / RELX (Singapore). The 2025 show recorded 3,621 attendees from 53 countries/regions, 134 exhibitors, 59 speakers, 6,259 m² of exhibition space and four official pavilions. The venue is listed as carbon-neutral with triple-platinum sustainability certification (LEED, BCA Green Mark, EIC Sustainable Event Standards).

The show is aimed at airport operators, airlines, ground handlers, ANSP/ATC, cargo and logistics, engineering and infrastructure, government/regulators and solution providers. Typical sourcing includes ground support equipment (GSE), airport equipment, security, and data-driven operational technology. The IASEA 2027 conference programme covers automation, digitalisation, intelligent systems and data-driven decision-making for apron, ramp and airfield operations.

Admission is for industry professionals only (18+); a registered admission pass is required. A VIP Buyer Programme (invitation/qualification; upgrades until 28 February 2027) offers matchmaking meetings. Visitor-pass registration was still listed as coming soon on the official site at the time of verification.
