The programme covers three days of scientific updates, practical experiences, and networking. Themes announced for 2027 include evidence-based supplementation; sustainability and food security; food ingredients, technology and industry innovation; the future of the nutrition profession; personalized nutrition and precision medicine; AI in dietetic practice; healthy longevity; gut microbiota; integrated obesity care; sports nutrition; hospital nutrition therapy; women’s health; cardiometabolic disease; sarcopenia and body composition; and oncology nutrition.

Registration modalities (Ganepão Day / Plus / Full Experience) give 1, 2 or 3 days of access to sessions and the exhibition, with certificates.
