LIVeNT, organized by RX Japan GK, is a B2B trade show for the live entertainment and events industry held at Makuhari Messe, Japan from 27‑29 January 2027. The exhibition is split into two main sections. The Live Entertainment Expo showcases stage‑design technology, stadium/arena equipment, ticketing and payment solutions, pro‑lighting and audio, stage art, visual effects, e‑sports products, broadcasting/streaming tech and promotional items. Visitors include event promoters, planners, venue owners, equipment rental firms, e‑sports sponsors, distributors, media and local governments. The Events Expo focuses on event planning and operation, design decoration, venue and park‑ride equipment, tents and trusses, promotional merchandise, artist and entertainer services, online event support and related services. Attendees are sales‑marketing professionals, HR managers, amusement‑park owners, equipment distributors, municipal officials and industry distributors. Admission is free but requires prior visitor registration.
