Construmat 2027 is a three‑day construction fair held 18‑20 May 2027 at the Gran Via exhibition centre in Barcelona. The event expands to 13,500 m² with over 400 exhibitors and 800 brands, targeting 22,500 industry professionals. Main exhibit categories cover machinery and tools, industrialised construction, insulation, coatings, BIM & ICT, occupational safety, professional services (architecture, engineering, consulting), pavements, bathrooms, kitchens, lighting, furniture, carpentry, glass, solar protection, HVAC, energy management, connected‑house IoT, elevators and more. The programme includes the Sustainable Building Congress, workshops, industry talks, startup zone, awards, masterclasses, a VIP plaza, outdoor wellness experiences and the Construmat Night Fever networking party. International focus features guest country Turkey (2025) and Morocco (2024) with a strong emphasis on sustainability, digitalisation and innovation across the construction sector.
