Bakery Showcase 2027

ベーカリーショークルーズis Canada's national trade exhibition and conference for the baking industry, presented byBakers Journal(Annex Business Media) and theBaking Association of Canada (BAC).

  • Exhibits from ingredient, equipment, packaging and technology suppliers serving commercial, in-store, artisan and retail bakeries
  • Bakers' Classroom education sessions, plus the Baking Association of Canada Annual General Meeting and meet-and-greet
  • Student competitions such as the 'My Canada' Student Cake Competition
  • Networking with Canadian and international bakery professionals; recent Toronto editions drew more than 1,600 professional bakers

Earlier editions ran under the name Bakery Congress (2017, 2015, 2011 - Montreal).
